  3. What do we do with this information?

    We use personal information about you for selling and leasing properties and marketing our services and to enable our business partners to market their services. This may include:

    • Keeping a register of prospective buyers, sellers, lessors and tenants
    • Contacting prospective buyers seeking homes within a particular area and price range
    • Assessing your suitability to rent a property
    • Making credit or tenancy history checks and reports
    • Providing information to those who provide a service to us as part of the administration of our business or who can provide a service to you that is related to selling or leasing property.

    In providing personal information, the parties agree to the above uses unless they advise us differently.

  4. What are your rights?

    You may request access to any personal information we hold about you. Records will be made available within 24 hours of a verbal request and 14 days of a written request. If you believe that the personal information we hold about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you may request amendment of it. We will consider if the information requires amendment. If we do not agree that there are grounds for amendment, then we will add a note to the personal information stating that you disagree with it. You may opt out of receiving direct marketing information by advising us at the address set out below.
