Peter Blackshaw Tuggeranong is an independently operated franchise office with two very dedicated Principals and entrepreneurs, Robert Peaker & Amy Peaker, both of which having well over 15 years real estate marketing experience and are actively involved in the day to day management of the agency.
The Tuggeranong office brings together a team of experienced sales agents, property managers and administration staff, who are all committed to further improving the customer experience and overall industry standards and are well qualified and able to account for any of your residential real estate needs.
Our property management department includes five fulltime highly motivated and enthusiastic staff, dedicated to looking after your property. Coordinating the team is Heidi Russell winner of numerous state and national industry accolades. The team are all career property managers and are very much focussed on delivering high standards of service at all times. This combined team effort will be invaluable when managing your investment property.

- Zero tolerance rent arrears management. We have sophisticated systems in place to minimise arrears including phone, SMS, email and letter based reminders. We are also one of a small number of real estate offices in Canberra who insist on rental payments via DIRECT DEBIT from tenants bank accounts for rent payments. This assists in ensuring that rent arrears are minimal, if any.
